Experience & Skills
- 5+ years proven experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Process Management or similar role
- A passion for working with sales executives to help them be more successful
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex processes at once across an organization
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement processes, procedures, and policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of how a sales organization functions including best practices as well as how to continuously improve the sales organization over time
- Strong meeting management experience
- Experience managing CRM through long and complex sales cycles
- Experience working in Analytics with a thorough understanding of BI is a plus
